Terms & Booking Policy

These terms apply to bookings made with Nepal Christian Guest House. By submitting a booking inquiry or staying with us, you agree to the following.

Booking inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through our website is not a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only once our staff has replied to you with availability and any required payment or deposit details.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days before your arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival, or no-shows, may incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.

Rates and breakfast

Room rates are quoted in US dollars per room per night. When you book directly through our website or via WhatsApp, breakfast is included free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Guest conduct

We ask guests to treat our home, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Additional services

Optional services such as airport pickup and drop-off, vehicle hire, flight ticketing, and guided sightseeing are available on request and are billed separately.

Liability

Nepal Christian Guest House takes reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended, for travel delays outside our control, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
